DESCRIPTION: EDC Essentials\n\n\n\n\nThe Everyday Carry (EDC) Essentials course is designed for shooters who want to elevate their defensive carry skills beyond the fundamentals. Building on the techniques learned in Holster efficiency\, this course challenges students with real-world scenarios\, requiring quick decision-making and adaptability under pressure. Students will be taken beyond their comfort zones\, developing the ability to react effectively in high-stress situations. Through judgmental shooting exercises\, movement drills\, and family protection strategies\, this course prepares students for the complexities of carrying a firearm for personal defense. \nThis is a 7-8 hour immersive training experience that pushes participants to refine their skills while introducing dynamic problem-solving techniques. \nWhat you will learn: \n\nExecute smooth\, efficient draws from concealed carry.\nAchieve first-shot accuracy from concealment.\nMaster structured warm-up and shooting drills for real-world application.\nEngage multiple targets with speed and precision.\nPerform reloads and malfunction clearing under induced stress.\nDevelop proficiency in shooting under time constraints.\nImprove situational awareness through judgmental shooting exercises.\nLearn fundamental movement techniques for defensive shooting.\nIntroduce executive protection concepts for defending family and loved ones.\n\nEquipment required: \n\nEye and ear protection.\nAt least 300 rounds of ammunition for your handgun.\nSemi-automatic pistol with three (3) magazines and a spare magazine carrier OR a revolver with three (3) speed loaders and a carrier.\nA high-quality strong-side holster (open or concealed) that maintains shape and covers the trigger guard (no shoulder holsters or purse holsters allowed\, AIWB permitted).\n\nCourse fee: $400.00
