DESCRIPTION:Holster Fundamentals builds upon the skills found in the Precision Pistol course. This course focuses on precision and speed from the holster. This course will teach you exercises to help you become proficient with drawing your handgun quickly and accurately place rounds on target. Our goal is to get you down to 1.5 seconds or less before the end of class. \nFocus areas within this course include: \n\nProper methods to draw from a holster with retention\nAccuracy with shooting the first shot from the holster\nLearning our warm-up drill\nMulti-round shots & follow-through using cadence exercises \nAppropriate sight picture at various target distances\nShooting under timed stress and follow-through assessment.\nOur goal is to get you below 1.5 sec or less from the holster.\n\nEquipment and supplies required: \nThis class requires eye and ear protection and at least 300 rounds of ammunition for the handgun you will use \nSemi-automatic pistol with three (3) magazines and spare magazine carrier or a revolver with three (3) speed loaders and carrier for speed loaders \nA quality holster that has 2 points of contact and does not collapse. Must cover trigger guard\, must not be loose. Must allow an unassisted return. AIWB is ok.   \n$125.00

This course focuses on the more complex thinking on your feet required for defensive carry. This course will take you out of the comfort zone of what you think you know and present you will real-life scenarios and judgmental shooting. This is a 7-8 hour class not including lunch. \nFocus areas within this course include: \n\nDrawing from Concealment\nAccuracy with shooting the first shot from concealment\nLearning our warm-up drill\nMulti-round shots & follow-through\nReloads and malfunctions under timed induced stress\nShooting under timed induced stress and follow through assessment\nJudgmental shooting\nIntroductory movement \nExecutive protection techniques for your family.\n\nEquipment and supplies required: \nThis class requires eye and ear protection and at least 300 rounds of ammunition for the handgun you will use. \nSemi-automatic pistol with three (3) magazines and spare magazine carrier or a revolver with three (3) speed loaders and carrier for speed loaders. \nA quality strong-side holster (open or concealed) that has 2 points of contact and does not collapse (no shoulder holsters\, purse holsters permitted) AIWB is ok. This class incorporates concealment.  \n$250.00
