DESCRIPTION:This non-shooting class is for those looking to buy their first handgun.  The student will learn the basics of how to select the proper handgun.  This class is also designed to answer questions to safely get the student started in the right direction. Students will learn the basic firearm safety rules\, handgun types and operation\, ammunition types\, maintenance\, and storage.  The instructor will also help the student decide what the next step should be.

The Pistol Precision course is designed for those who have been shooting for a while but need to learn how to be more accurate. Course instruction includes classroom work\, hands on dry-fire practice and live fire exercises designed to improve your shooting skills. \nFocus areas within this course include: \n\nUniversal Firearm Safety\ngrip\, stance\, sight alignment\, trigger press\nPrecision shooting techniques/ Diagnosing your target\nTarget engagement up to 25yrds successfully.\nCadence exercises\nGreat preparation for students interested in moving on to more advanced shooting courses and CCW\n\nEquipment and supplies required: \nClass requires eye and ear protection and at LEAST 200 rounds of ammunition for the handgun you will use. \nA quality holster that has 2 points of contact and does not collapse. Must cover trigger guard\, must not be loose. Must allow unassisted return. AIWB is ok.
